Nieraz już pracodawca całkiem zmienia przekonanie na temat wpływu otoczenia na samopoczucie pracownika. Okazuje się, że efektywny pracownik to przede wszystkim szczęśliwy pracownik. Obecnie stawia się na niepowtarzalne wnętrza i ciekawe rozwiązania, które mają umilić czas spędzony w pracy.
