Zgodnie z art. 4 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 24 sierpnia 1991 r. o ochronie przeciwpożarowej właścicielom, administratorom albo nabywcom budynku, w zależności od tego kto jest odpowiedzialny za przestrzeganie praw ochrony przeciwpożarowej stawiany jest warunek zapoznania pracobiorców z prawami przeciwpożarowymi oraz ustalenia sposobu postępowania na zdarzenie ognia, tragedii naturalnej lub odmiennego lokalnego zagrożenia.
